If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition, in the packaging you received it in, and with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

Please note, we recommend you use a courier that offers shipment tracking and insurance services for its full value while in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, I am sorry but unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Late or missing refunds 

We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will then be processed, please allow 5-10 working days for return of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can also be exchanged as above – to the value of the amount paid at the time of your order.
